Chinook High School is hosting the State B-C Speech & Drama tournament January 27-28. The two day tournament will be held on the campus of MSU-Northern. Over 350 student competitors from as many as 60 schools are expected to attend. Competition rounds will be held Friday afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m., and all day Saturday. On January 8, 2017 the Valley Clover meeting was held at Sleeping Buffalo. Sleeping Buffalo is a Hot Springs east of Malta, about 17 miles out of town. It is again that time of the year for all of you to get busy and get those quilt projects finished. The dates for our annual Quilt Show at the Montana Seed Show is March 10 and 11,2017. The quilts and entry forms must be returned by 5 p.m. on March 3, 2017 to the Richman Insurance office in Harlem. No late entries will be accepted.
