    The Chinook Rod & Gun Club will hold its sixth Annual Gun Show this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Commercial Building located at the Blaine County Fairgrounds.     The Chinook Sugarbeeter volleyball team had a good week on the court as they took down the Big Sandy Pioneers 3-1 (27-26, 20-25, 25-16, 25-9) on Thursday to win their Homecoming match. Saturday the girls blazed through Pool Play undefeated at the Fort Benton Mid-season Tournament.     The Chinook Men's League concluded its 2018 season last Wednesday with Finley's Food Farm claiming the championship defeating New Concept Lawn Care in the 18 hole finale. The Chinook Men's League included fifteen teams from Havre, Chinook and Harlem, with nearly 100 players playing on one of the teams or as a substitute.     The Harlem Wildcats are now under direction of first year Head Coach Stacy Cole an his assistant Enrique Rivera.     The Chinook Surgarbeeters had a fantastic week on the court. It began with a three game sweep of the Big Sandy Pioneers in the District 6C-East opener for both teams.     The summer swim season came to a close this past weekend in Conrad at the Montana Federation of Swimmers State Swim meet. 22 Teams were on hand to compete for individual and team championships. The team race was broken down into four classes, AA, A, B and C. Individual swimmers competed against the field.     The Chinook Lions hosted the Eastern Divisional swim meet this past weekend as the 2018 Summer Swim Season winds down. The top 12 swimmers/relays in each event advanced to the state swim meet in Conrad this weekend. A total of 383 swimmers took part in the meet, including 113 relays and 1,139 entries.
