The annual commencement exercises took place Saturday, May 21, 2016 in the Turner School Gymnasium. Three Junior High graduates and three Seniors took to the stage for their graduation exercises. The Turner High School Junior Senior Prom was held recently in Turner at the Old Gym. This year's theme was, "Footloose and Fancy Free." The Junior Class held a banquet prior to the prom with help from their parents. It was open to school board members, both Junior and Senior classes and their parents. The St. Mary Rehabilitation Working Group met on January 12, 2016 in Havre to discuss the their upcoming meeting with their water firm, Water Strategies, and hear updates on maintenance work being performed by the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR). Three students were declared winners at the Turner School in the local Geographic Bee held this week. Shay Humphreys was declared the winner, while second place went to Chantry Jorgenson and third to Shane Kimmel.
