    Four individuals were charged in Hill County Justice Court for violations that resulted in the killing of eight buck deer in Hill County in Sept. and Oct. of this year.     Dale Spencer Dahlquist, 76, passed away of cancer Sunday, December 20, 2015 at the Living Centre. He was born March 26, 1939 in Chinook to Homer and Kathleen Dahlquist. He went through the eleventh grade before going to work at the creamery in Havre. Dale married Helen Cichosz on June 15, 1957. He went to work for Speers Implement and GTA in Chinook, then worked on a farm in Harlem.
