Helena, Mont., January 2, 2019 – Applications for Montana Community Foundation (MCF) scholarships for the 2019-20 academic year are now available for Montana students. Billie Lee Briere Watkins, age 71 of Sebring, passed away peacefully at her home on December 30 surrounded by her family. Billie Was born on June 6, 1947 in Havre, Montana to Albert D. and Lucille P. (Liberty) Briere. Billie married Robert Watkins in 1972. Billie and Robert moved to Sebring in 1981 from Hawthorne, Nevada. Maxine Morehouse, age 83, of Helena passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Last February, the Pheasants Forever Organization purchased approximately 279 acres of mixed riparian/wetland, grass prairie, and dryland crop ground 45 minutes North of Great Falls along the Teton River. The Milk River Wagon Train Company is gearing up for their 50th Annual Milk River Wagon Train trail ride, which will take place from August 28—September 2.
