    Anyone who may have been in the vicinity of the 400 block of Indiana Street during the first week in February likely saw the construction activity taking place on the roof of the Blaine County Wildlife Museum. A Billings based company, Perfect 10 Roofing completed the roof covering phase of the job on February 7, and Clausen Construction is due to begin erecting the 45' x 100' addition in coming weeks.     With cooperative weather and 44 anglers participating, the Chinook Rod and Gun Club considered their Third Annual Ice Fishing Derby, held on February 5, a success. Top winners were Nick Rosman, Jimmy Snow, and Shane Fox. About the event, Joe Kennedy, a Board Member for the local club, reported that the event boasted the "most anglers ever, best weather ever, and most fish caught ever!"     In the sixth round of the 2022 Blaine County Spelling Bee, fifth grader Cynnloch Gibson correctly spelled fructose to win a trip to Bozeman. As a result of his Grand Champion Speller status, he will advance to the Treasure State Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 12.     Since last November when the decision to hold the Montana Seed Show was made official, Seed Show Superintendent Paul Rasmussen has been busy gearing up for the occasion. The 72nd Annual Montana Seed Show is slated to take place at Harlem High School on March 10-12, 2022.     Two area Chapters of the FFA participated in competitions held at Fort Benton High School on February 8. The Chinook Chapter of the FFA took three teams and the Harlem Chapter took one. For Chinook, the Senior Agronomy team placed 5th, Senior Ag Mechanics placed 15th, and the Junior Mechanics team placed 6th.
