Donna Brandon Murphy, age 94, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2022 with her children by her side. She was born October 22, 1927 in Chinook, Montana to Jesse Levi Brandon and Sarah Anne Stanger Brandon. She was born and raised in Chinook and graduated from Chinook High School in 1945. After high school, she worked at the dime store in Chinook when she met the love of her life, Guy Murphy. They were married March 4th 1951. Rose Geneva Olafson Van Voast, 95, of Turner, MT passed away peacefully with family by her side on May 4, 2022 in Lewistown, MT. Rose was the 2nd of three children, born an identical twin to Rolf and Thora Olafson in Devils Lake, ND June 5, 1926. As small children, the family moved to Vida, MT. She graduated from Circle, MT in 1944 and attended Northern Montana College to become a teacher. After suffering a massive stroke on April 15 and several devastating setbacks to follow, he died on May 2, 2022 with family by his side at the Great Falls Peace Hospice.
