    North Border Analytics opened late June at its new facility on the north side of Chinook. The business performs testing and assessment for soil, water, forage and grain samples.     Paul J. Ramberg, 91, a long-time Bear Paw rancher and Chinook resident, died of natural causes early Monday morning, July 6th at the Sweet Memorial Home. The mandate by the Governor went into effect in Blaine County due to the number of COVID-19 cases in the county.     A very different season in the pool concluded this past weekend in Sidney, Montana. The Chinook Lions and Harlem swim teams concluded their seasons at the Covid Classic 2020 Divisional Swim Meet. Despite all the obstacles, the late start and only three regular season meets with just six teams at each meet, our local swimmers represented the communities well.
