    Helena, Mont., July 30, 2019 – The Montana Community Foundation, Inc. (MCF) announces the opening of a grant cycle to benefit communities and residents of Blaine County. Grants will be made from the Blaine County Community Foundation Fund, established at MCF by Warren Ross in 1997. Financial support for this grant program also comes from the Ross 87 Ranch Endowment Fund, established by Warren Ross as well.     As a service project, the Paradise Pals 4-H Club has provided for some time now, a recycling trailer at Sweet Memorial Nursing Home in Chinook. Many local residents and businesses, including the Blaine County Journal News—Opinion, have used this service.     The Chinook and Harlem Swim Teams are putting the finishing touches on another outstanding season in the pool. At the Eastern Divisional Swim Meet in Scobey this past weekend the Chinook Lions finished first in the Class A Division, scoring 661 points.
