The Chinook Sugarbeeters packed plenty of excitement into a Saturday afternoon, keeping their season opener entertaining until the final snap. In many aspects the 'Beeters seemed to control every facet of the game in a down to the wire 30-24 season opening win over the Park City Panthers. The Chinook Mens League concluded its season this past week crowning a champion in the process. In the championship match it was Chinook Pharmacy defeating Beaver Creek/Nalivkas by a score of 45-31. The Chinook Pharmacy claimed the title by getting championship efforts out of all four golfers. Scott Gunderson led the way with 12.5 points.
