    Mail ballot elections are being used more and more across Montana for elections without federal offices. The mail ballot election allows the voter the convenience of voting at home and has increased voter turnout. Ballots are mailed directly to the eligible active voters. Inactive voters may update their information by completing a new voter registration card and then they can obtain a ballot.   • Harlem Lutheran Church hosts Annual Harvest Dinner & Bazaar

    On Sunday, Oct. 25, the Harlem Lutheran Church will host their annual Harvest Dinner and Bazaar from noon to 2 p.m. On the menu will be ham with all the trimmings and dessert. Take-outs and deliveries are available; call 353-2234. Prices for the dinner are $8 for adults, $5 for ages 6 to 12, and ages 5 and under are free.
