    Two of five highway improvements are now completed The Lohman East and West project on US 2 is complete per the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) and Schellinger Construction.     The Harlem Wildcats and Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds were in Missoula this past Saturday for the Montana All-Class State Cross Country Meet. The Wildcats contingent consisted of seven runners, six in the boys Class B race and one in the Girls Class B. The Thunderbirds had one athlete in the boys Class C race.
