Work at Babb, Montana on the St. Mary's Siphon Project is moving forward on schedule according to Project Director Jennifer Patrick. "All of the excavation phase is completed and the siphon pipes are starting to arrive," said Patrick. The pipe is 7.5 feet in diameter and arrives in different lengths due to the connections, some as much as 40 feet. Pro-Pipe Corporation based in Huson, Montana is making the pipe. Hello From the Chinook Senior Center We have had a very full week, with the sad passing of Dale Hofeldt, whom everyone knew and loved. So sad to say goodbye to this friend. Keep the family in your prayers, as they have had way too much loss. The All-Class State Cross Country meet was held this past Saturday at UofM Golf Course in Missoula. The Harlem Boys team shined bright at the State Meet. The boys qualified as a team and earned a 6th place finish out of 27 teams. Individually, it was Ethan Walker who led the way for the Wildcats. The Harlem Wildcats traveled to Choteau to face off against the Bulldogs. The Wildcats gave a valiant effort to hold off the Bulldogs. Ultimately, the Bulldogs were a much larger challenge than what may have been anticipated.
