Rod Wagner and his wife Lorie took over operations of the Harlem Lumber store back in 2012 when they purchased the operation from Lorie's parents Charlie and Kay Brekke. Rod worked at the store for ten years before relocating to Bozeman in 2002. After 10 years away Rod found himself in charge of a business with a solid footprint within Harlem and the surrounding communities as well. The Christmas Advent Tea was held Sunday at the Lutheran Church. Quite a few from the area attended the program and afternoon tea to follow. Robert Harold Bouley, retired Electrical Contractor of Billings and Martinsdale, passed away in Billings on Monday, Nov. 19, 2018. Robert was born May 12, 1938, in Helena. He grew up in Helena and graduated from Helena High, Electrical Tech School and Northern Montana College. In 1960, he married Rogene Paulson of Chinook. For the third year, Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Region 6 has a shoulder season that allows antlerless elk hunting with a specific B-license. The past two years, the shoulder season was two weeks long, but this year the season has been extended 15 days and will run from Dec. 15-Jan. 15, 2019.
