Summer Reading participants have until August 6 to notify the library the total books they have read this summer. Drawings for grand prizes will take place the week of August 9. Grand prizes will be given in the 0-kindergarten, grades 1-8, and teens/adults categories. There are still take home activity kits available for children at the library. The Turner Car Show and Fly In was a huge success this weekend. The quiet town of Turner was abuzz all day with various sites and sounds of cars, trucks, bikes, and airplanes.
