    The students at Turner Public School had a blast last week during recess prior to the warmer temps and winds that melted a good share of the snow. But, prior to that, the kiddos had a blast digging and rolling snow across the playground. You can bet, where there's snow to be sculpted, there's kids. That's just a given.     Chinook High School is hosting the State B-C Speech & Drama tournament January 27-28. The two day tournament will be held on the campus of MSU-Northern. Over 350 student competitors from as many as 60 schools are expected to attend. Competition rounds will be held Friday afternoon beginning at 1:30 p.m., and all day Saturday.     Local children will take to the stage this Saturday for the annual Missoula Children's Theatre's (MCT) production. This year's play is "Rapunzel." It will be the 38th appearance of the traveling production for audiences in Chinook.
