    On February 1 the average price of gas across the Hi-line was between $2.40-2.50 per gallon. The price per barrel of oil was already at lows not seen in 10 years. With the implementation of travel restrictions and social distancing due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the bottom has fallen out.
