We've Got The County Covered
Clint Greytak became the sole proprietor of Bear Paw Realty in July, 2015 after buying out the other co-owners. He recently changed the name of the real estate company to Greytak Realty. The offices will still be located at 221 Indiana in Chinook, accessed through the “Blaine County Journal” office. Greytak first started with the local real estate business a few years ago. Prior to working with and purchasing the real estate business he was with USDA’s Farm Service for 18 years.
Regarding the name change, Greytak said, “Hopefully it will make people aware there is a change in ownership. We’ll still be doing the same type of services we’ve been doing for a number of years.” He said he hoped the change would also give some name recognition. Bob Sharples, Jamie Sharples and Dave Jensen will continue to be associated with the business as sales representatives. Nick Schmele will also begin working part-time for Greytak.
Asked about the choice of the name, Greytak laughed and said, “I was really thinking outside the box to come up with that one.” The sign with the new name should be up shortly and business cards already reflect the name change. For all practical purposes the name change is official.
