JOYCE B. HALTER

Joyce Bernice (Anderson) Halter peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Roseville, California, at the age of 82.

Joyce was born on April 19, 1933 in Chinook, Montana to Alice B. and Clarence C. Anderson. She took pride in being a homemaker. Joyce was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family. Joyce was also a past member of the Emblem Club.

Joyce is predeceased by her parents; sons Charles M. Halter Jr. and Richard Allen Halter; sister Marian Erskine (Chinook, MT); brothers LeRoy Anderson (Chinook, MT), Russell Anderson (Renton, WA) and Bernie Anderson (Chinook, MT).

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Charles M. Halter (Roseville, CA); brother Melvin Anderson (Chinook, MT); brother-in–law Robert Erskine (Chinook, MT); daughters Linda J. Halter Cunningham (John) (Roseville, CA), Valerie Kay McGuigan (Roseville, CA), and Michelle D. Kahlor (Jeff) (Roseville, CA); 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life was held on Friday, November 20, 2015 at the Roseville Elks Lodge in Roseville.
