We have a number of new thrillers ready this week. James Patterson fans will be happy to hear that the next installment in the NYPD series is available. In “NYPD Red 4” the NYPD Red chases a ruthless murderer with an uncontrollable lust for money and blood. Other thrillers this week include: “The Winter Girl” by Matt Marinovich, “The First Hostage” by Joel Rosenberg, “Orphan X” by Greg Hurowitz and “River Road” by Carol Goodman.
Everest and The Intern are two movies available this week. We have also received a new Backroads of Montana DVD. In Marking Passages, which is episode 41, we follow a Polson man on his quest to grow the state’s largest giant pumpkin; watch paleontologists protect dinosaur eggs from winter weather near Bynum; hike with a local historian through a rock quarry near Geraldine; and listen as a 99-year-old man from Shelby pays his last respects to fellow soldiers. William Marcus hosts the program from the annual Hunters Feed in Ennis. Backroads of Montana is funded by grants from the Greater Montana Foundation, Travel Montana and the University of Montana.
