Darel and Linda Hauge spent the weekend in Lewistown while attending the 71st annual Winter Fair. They were guests of Brian and Lynette Sallee while there.
Hilary Richman and Hannah, Anita Reed and Lucas, Brooke, and Bridget, and Diana Maloney got together for pie and coffee at Harlan and Jane Krass’ home on Saturday to celebrate a belated birthday for Diana.
Congratulations to the Tornadoes on a double win on Thursday which was also Homecoming. They played the Dodson Coyotes.
The Tornadoes will travel to Hays on Friday to play the ThunderBirds. Girls play at 4:30 and Boys at 6:00. Then on Saturday, the Chinook Sugarbeeters come to play on Turner’s court. Game times are 6:00 and 7:30. Come support the Tornadoes and enjoy concessions at the game.
There will be an Adult ed class on Wednesday on Self Defense. It will be at the Old Gym at 7:30. Look at the registration online for more information.
The County Spelling Bee will be held in Chinook on Tuesday at 10:00. Students from Turner will be representing the Turner School.
Congratulations to Ty Humphreys and Rennay Watkins on being voted the 2016 King and Queen at the Homecoming festivities Thursday night. Prince and Princess were also named. Congratulations to Tyler Lynn Anderson and Bret VanValkenburg. Congratulations to all the candidates! You represented Turner well!!
