The Harlem Wildcats took on the Rocky Boy Stars Friday but no score was reported to the Blaine Journal. Saturday the team took on the Cut Bank Wolves of the District 1B in a non-conference clash.
The teams matched each other step for step early as they entered the second quarter tied at 15-15.
In a back and forth second quarter that saw the offenses have their way a bit it was the Wolves that inched in front 33-32 at the break.
Cut Bank extended the advantage in the third quarter taking a 51-45 lead into the fourth quarter.
The offenses exploded the final eight minutes but it was Cut Bank that got the best of the exchange outscoring Harlem 25-21 in the frame to earn a 76-66 win.
Senior Keahna Little led the Wildcat effort with 19 points. Senior Marcus Henry chipped in 19 and senior Michael Butterfly 13 in the loss.
Two weeks remain in the regular season and with District 2B tournament play about to begin the Wildcats will look to improve their position.
