United States Border Agents take time to visit Turner school, talk to kids

This past Thursday was a fun day for the students of Turner School. They were treated to special guests from the Border Sector of Havre. A deputy met with the elementary students and read a couple books to them and then donated them to the school library. Then after enjoying lunch with the elementary students, they met with the High School students for a short assembly. It was a great opportunity to visit with the Officers and be able to have a short question/answer session while building trust between the two. The students enjoyed their visit and hope to see them again soon. Shown here is an agent reading to grades K-2nd. The children sure enjoyed the visit!
