Eunice was born on February 16, 1925 in Chinook, Montana to Ole Ehlang and Agnes Ramberg Ehlang. Eunice married Austin Lott, of Chinook, on her birthday in 1947 and to this union they had 3 children, Douglas, Peggy and Dennis. Eunice was a devoted wife, mother, home maker. She balanced her love with time spent working at Leonard's Clothing and Armstrong's His and Hers, Vita Rich Dairy and the Blaine County Court House Treasurer's office. Working in retail was a perfect fit for Eunice, who was a lady of style and class, always dressed for every occasion. She had a stellar work ethic which she passed down to her two sons.

Eunice loved her God, her church family, lifelong friends, and family above all else. Eunice's life was devoted to caring for and showing compassion for all who touched her life, young and old. She was a sweet soul who found good in everything she did and everyone she met. After Austin's passing, she found a new sense of solace, security and friendship at the Grande Villa where deep bonds developed, and everyone felt loved and cared for in the most "neighborly" way where doors could remain unlocked, company was welcome, bridge was played and the morning coffee and rolls were always hot. Eunice was truly grateful for the Grande Villa and her "village." She also nurtured lifetime friendships within the community and countless others who lived afar.

Eunice's greatest treasures were her granddaughters, Megan and Erin. Overnight stays always brought the sound of trains, trips to the park, a kitchen filled with goodies, days of creating art in their grandfather's carving room and best of all back scratches by grandma. Eunice took the time to make sure the girls were part of the Chinook community known as, "Dear Hearts and Gentle People".

Eunice was preceded in death by her husband, Austin Lott, sisters, Dorothy King Ross, Eileen King Hirter and brothers, Carl King, George (Sam) Ehlang, and daughter, Peggy Lott. Eunice is survived by sisters, Janet Bronson, Georgia Ann Flattum, Jane Ehlang (sister-in-law) but truly a sister, brother, Leonard (Swede) Ehlang, sons, Doug (Judy)Lott, Dennis (Rita) Lott, and two beloved granddaughters, Megan and Erin Lott.

Eunice desired her memorial memories to support Peace Hospice of Benefis Health System or to the charity of your choice.
