Norma Wisch

Chinook, MT

Norma Wisch passed away on October 13th 2016. She was born April 8th 1922 to Eugene and Anna Eskine. Norma was the youngest of 4 children all of whom preceded her on death.

She went to Central School and later Chinook High School Graduating in 1941. She married Walter Wisch in 1941 and later had 3 children and 1 step-son.

In 1945 Walter and Norma had the opportunity to lease the Vern Carpenter place. They later were able to purchase in 1961 and they farmed until 1979 when Walters health prompted retirement. They sold the farm to their youngest son Dennis in 1979. They enjoyed their life farming.

Norma was preceded in death by her husband Walter in 2001 and her step-son Ted. She is survived by her son Royal and his wife Paulette of Denver, Daughter Fontella Edwards of Havre, Son Dennis Wisch and his wife Carrie of Great Falls and Andrew (Won) Edwards of Utah and Daughter in law Ester of Centralia Washington.

Norma was a great cook and housekeeper. Whenever there was a mess, you would see Norma working at it. As per her request, no services are planned.
