The movie today will be “50 to 1”, which runs for an hour and 11 minutes and is rated PG-13. Everyone is welcome to attend and refreshments will be served. “Amelia” will be the movie next Wednesday. If anyone has a request for a movie to be shown, please let us know or tell Kristy at the Senior Center. We are now taking requests for movies in December.

The Library will be closed Tuesday November 8th for Election Day and Friday November 11th in observance of Veteran’s Day.

Capturing historical events, terrifying moments of danger, tragedy, the price of war, and the invincible spirit of a woman of honor, “The Award” by Danielle Steel is a monumental tale. “Faithful” by Alice Hoffman is a soul-searching story about a young woman struggling to redefine herself and the power of love, family, and fate. Detective Harry Bosch must track down someone who may never have existed in the new thriller by Michael Connelly. Stone Barrington takes on a client who gives him a run for his money in the newest heart-stopping thriller from Stuart Woods. “The Outfit: to Hell and Back by Matthew P. Mayo and “Picketwire Vaquero” by James D. Crownover and two westerns available this week.

Story Time is Tuesday mornings at 10:30 a.m. Kids of all ages and abilities are welcome to attend. LEGO Club is Thursday afternoons from 3:30-4:30 p.m. and is open to kids in grades K-6.

Mark your calendars for Thursday December 1st. That is the date for the 25th Annual Hassle Free Christmas Program and as always we will have presentations and wonderful food.
