The Chinook Senior Center was the sight of a well attended presentation on Cancer and its treatments by Dr. Mohammed Kanaan, a Board Certified Hematology and Oncology specialist from the Sletten Cancer Center.
Chinook Senior Center welcomed Dr. Mohammed Kanaan on Tuesday, October 18th to receive an informative presentation on cancer and its treatment. Dr. Kanaan is a board certified Hematology and Oncology specialist working at the Northern Montana Sletten Cancer Center in Great Falls. At the presentation, he reviewed a brief history of cancer treatment from chemotherapy's first development to modern treatments being tested and used today.
