District 9C Tournament packs the house

That Saturday night finale of the District 9C Tournament, had the Havre High School gymnasium packed with purple and orange as the Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds and the Chinook Sugarbeeters punched their tickets to the Northern C Divisional in front of a sold out crowd. Fans wanting a ticket to the event were lined up two and half hours prior to the scheduled start in a line that stretched around the high school. The Thunderbirds advanced to the Northern C as the Districts No. 2 seed, Chinook qualified for the Tournament as the No. 3 seed.
