He is survived by his children Ramona Vogt (Dennis Oxmann), Cynthia (Bill) Ragsdale, Patrick (Laura) Dugan, Brian Dugan, and George (Penni) Dugan; grandchildren;great grandchildren; sisters Mary Lou Draude and Georgia Fries; brother Joseph Dugan; nieces; nephews; and cousins.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents Edward R. and Ida M. nee Hornung Dugan; wife Rita Joan Dugan (nee Geissert); brother Raymond L. (Betty) Dugan Sr.

He was a member of SS Peter and Paul Church - Waterloo, IL; 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Council 1334 - Waterloo; former Grand Knight - Montana; US Army Veteran; American Legion - Valmeyer; former owner of Dugan's Lock & Key & Shoe Repair; former owner of The Cow Bell Tavern - Valmeyer; an Eagle Scout - Boy Scouts of America, & a former school bus driver in Harlem, MT.

Visitation: 4 P.M. to 8 P.M. Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Quernheim Funeral Home; 8 A.M. until 9:30 A.M. Wednesday Quernheim Funeral Home.
