We've Got The County Covered
The Blaine County Journal ~ News Opinion has officially began its move down Main Street Chinook to our new location at 420 Indiana, or more commonly known as the old Chinook Hardware store.
Owners Keith and Keri Hanson purchased the building earlier this year and have been working diligently renovating, upgrading and putting the finishing touches on a remodel that will wow customers the first time they step through the door.
With the construction all done they have began stocking the new location with supplies as they moved the store front this past weekend.
In the coming days the computers, printers, desks and everything that goes with serving our customers best will be moved. This back and forth between locations may cause some delay from time to time but we ask our customers for patience during the transition. The Journal hopes to be fully relocated by the end of June.
Kody Farmer stated, "As a long time resident of Chinook the old Chinook Hardware store is a building that I can recall from my childhood, how the wooden floor sloped this way and that, the radio was always playing outside and the bell dinged when you walked in."
Customers entering the building for the first time as the new location of the Blaine County Journal News Opinion will be amazed at the workmanship, the ambiance of the new store front and the layout of the workspaces.
The goal of the remodel was to bring the atmosphere to a new and refreshingly modern feel to all those who walk through the door. Resulting in a more customer friendly and efficient work center capable of handling all our customer needs.
