The American Legion Auxiliary of the Big Flat is in the process of setting up a wall of local (Hogeland and Turner) Veterans that ARE NOT members of the American Legion. They are looking for photos (preferably in uniform) of our local veterans. If you or a family member would like to be included on the wall, please send a 5x7” photo (photos will not be returned) and information including years of service and branch served in to:

Lucy Fairbank went to Hogeland with Denise and Melanie Watkins to attend a baby baby shower for Brianna Warren and Levi Humphreys.
Congratulations to Bill and Mary Hake on the birth of their great grandbaby, Dylen Klettie who was born Sunday morning, October 22nd. The little miss weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce. The proud parents are Mary and Aaron Klettie, of Conrad.
Chad Jones and Katy spent Friday night with Terry and Tammy Jones. Also weekend guests, Don and Marilyne Berger, came to visit Saturday afternoon.
Gerald and Shirley Keller were to Helena to help Jackson Solomon celebrate his 2nd birthday. He is the son of Julianne and J.D. Solomon. Also attending the party was Deldre and Cheryl Carr and kids, Ray and Michelle Keller and family, and Bill and Karen Keller and kids.
Amy Hutton attended Brianna Warren’s baby shower on Sunday at the Hogeland Lutheran Church.
Max and Kirsti Cederberg were to Lenny Erickson’s home on Friday night for supper. Also there was Joe and Tory Cichosz, Ron and Darlene Nelubowich, and Dennis and Dillon Cornell.
Rose Van Voast and Lenny Erickson rode along with Max and Kirsti Cederberg to the Harlem Lutheran Church Fall Dinner in Harlem on Sunday.
An early birthday party was celebrated for on Sunday for Ralph Snider. The Welsh family, Baldik’s, Beck’s, Billmayer family, Scott Snider’s, Ryle and Patty Simons, and Chuck and Julie were in attendance. Happy Birthday, Ralph! Best Wishes for many more!!
The Halloween Carnival will be October 31st from 5-7:00 p.m. at the Old Gym. Please come for an evening of fun, food, and prizes. The bingo will be held at the Legion Hall this year with food available. They are hoping everyone will enjoy the quieter atmosphere and more room to play. Hope to see you all there!! This is sponsored by the Junior High Students of Turner School.
Anita Reed and family attended volleyball games in Harlem on Friday and Saturday. Good season Lady Wildcats!!
Shania Maloney was home for a couple days over the M.E.A. weekend.
School pictures will be taken at the Turner School on Monday, October 30th. If you wish to have pre-schoolers photographed, please have them to the school early in the morning.
This coming weekend will see the Junior High School playing basketball at Turner. Friday, they will take on the Fort Benton teams at 4:00 and 5:15. Then on Saturday, there will be a jamboree at Turner. Game times for Turner will be 11:30, 12:45, 2:00, and 3:15. Good Luck to all our students! Concessions will be served.
