Spring has sprung at FSA in Chinook

Though it seams as though spring will never come the calendar says it has arrived. After such a long, cold winter that little tidbit doesn't seem to make people laugh, 'Cabin Fever' is running rampit all across the Hi-line. In the spirit of positive thinking the folks at the USDA location in Chinook has decided that 'Spring has sprung' at FSA, just not in the rest of Blaine County. The FSA crew decided to turn a beautiful non-windy Friday afternoon break into a little fun. It did cheer everyone up and there were passer-by's who also enjoyed the artwork.
