Fairbanks sworn in as Blaine County Commissioner

Tom Fairbanks greets well wishers after being sworn in as District 3 Blaine County Commissioner this past Friday. Fairbanks was sworn in by the District Court Judge Yvonne Laird in a 10 a.m. ceremony to fill the position vacated by the resignation of Charlie Kulbeck in June. Fairbanks will serve out the remainder of Kulbeck's term from now until the end of December.
