Brandon Leon Crasco

Brandon Leon Crasco, 43, a rancher, died at Ft. Belknap Indian Health Services of an apparent heart attack on July 14, 2018.

Rosary was held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, July 17 at the Kirkwood Memorial Chapel in Malta. Funeral services were 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, at the family ranch at Beaver Creek. Interment was on the Crasco Family Ranch. Condolences for the family may be left at http://www.kirkwoodfuneralhome.com.

Brandon was born January 24, 1975, the son of Luther and Irene (DeCelles) Crasco. He was raised on the family ranch at Beaver Creek and attended schools in Malta, Hays/LP and Chemawa Indian School in Salem, Oregon where he graduated High School. He attended 1 year at MSU before returning to the family ranch in 1994. In 2002, he met the love of his life, Sheila Messerly, and they started their life together. He worked construction and on his days off, he helped at the family ranch. In 2010 he brought his wife to the ranch to help run it after his father's death. On September 21, 2015, Brandon and Sheila were married. Brandon was a hard worker even on the day he passed away.

His hobby was to cruise around with his wife while smoking a blunt and drinking a beer while jamming to some good tunes. He always enjoyed watching the History channel and the t.v. show Ancient Aliens, spending time outside with his children. Brandon was also very family oriented and enjoyed helping his uncle's when needed, along with all of his in-laws. Brandon was proud of his children and their accomplishments.

Survivors include his wife Shelia of the Beaver Creek; mother, Irene Crasco of Harlem; daughters, Alanis, Celine, Madelyn, and adopted daughter Taylee Messerly all Beaver Creek, step-daughter Breann Messerly of Billings, step-son, Antonio Messerly of Hays; sister Lorraine Strike of Harlem; half-brother, John (Mayme) Strike Jr. of Harlem, Sean (Morgan) Stiffarm of Great Falls; He is preceded in death by his father, Luther Crasco, Maternal Grandparents, and Paternal Grandparents.
