Did you know that Tuesday 21st is National Senior Citizens Day? Here is my personal “Hats Off” to all the wonderful seniors who enhance all my days here at the Harlem Senior Center! Seniors Rock!

Our Strong Persons exercise class meets on Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. and on Thursdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. each week. New members, men and women, are always welcome, just show up!

Our non-denominational Devotions Group meets every Friday starting at 10:00 a.m. Everyone welcome.

We have a jigsaw puzzle that is always in the works in the Activity Room. Put in 1 piece or 100. Just come and relax and help put our puzzles together. We also have many, many puzzles that we will swap and trade with you, that way we can all enjoy the magic of jigsaw puzzles without buying new ones.
