Chinook Lions Club visits Meadowlark

Every year the Lions Club visits the 1st grade classes at the Meadowlark to bring each kid a flag and brochure. This annual event is something that longtime Lions members, Richard Cronk and Ben Hall have taken great pride in. Not only to get the opportunity to interact with the youngsters, but also to provide them with a little knowledge about the history of the flag. While the number of years that the local Lions Club is uncertain, one thing for sure is that it has been for a long time!....
