We've Got The County Covered
It is with great sorrow that the family of Jack Peterson announces his passing in Sun Lakes, Arizona on May 13, 2021, at the age of 80 years. Jack had a good life filled with family, friends and memories that began in October 1940. He was born in Marshall, MN to Hjalmer and Leona Peterson.
Jack grew up in Minnesota which is where he met the love of his life, his wife Judy. Jack and his family moved to Chinook MT in the early 70s where they raised their two children. He also owned and operated a hardware appliance store for over 20 years.
Jack loved sports and was an avid outdoorsman. He liked to hunt, fish and just being outside. He always involved his family and would usually spend more time helping everyone else have a good time rather than being able to do much of it himself. He passed on his love of sports/outdoors to his two children and was always doing his best to work with them on their skills in various sports and developing good sportsmanship.
Jack and Judy then moved to Sun Lakes, AZ for a well-earned retirement. They thoroughly enjoyed the warm weather, playing golf, tennis and making several good friends. Judy sadly passed away in 2003. Jack continued to be active with golf and tennis and being with his friends and family.
Jack was a truly special person who lived life exactly the way he wanted to live it. He was a wonderful son to his parents, a loving husband to his wife, an incredible father to his children, a great grandpa, and a good friend. He will truly be missed.
Jack is lovingly remembered by his son Brad (Rose), his daughter Kim, his grandson Tyler, his nephew and nieces, and many good friends.
