We've Got The County Covered
Crystal Stepper, an agent with State Farm Insurance in Chinook, wishes to welcome two new staff members. Shannon St. Dennis and Nora Conner have joined the State Farm team. In the office, the pair will accompany Kaitlynn Olson, who has been at Stepper Insurance & Financial Services for a few months now.
Olson's employment with Stepper began in July. She also labors with health insurance related issues at Northern Montana Hospital on Saturdays. About her position at the insurance office, Olson stated: "I enjoy interacting with the public, and I hope by working with Crystal at State Farm I will be able to assist the public with their insurance needs. I do hope that one day with Crystal's guidance, I will be able to obtain my agent's license."
Joining her, St. Dennis will be serving part-time as a Property and Casualty Account Manager. To her position at State Farm, St. Dennis will bring various proficiencies as well as her "you can never know too much, so know what you can" attitude. She has approximately 15 years of experience with sales, customer service, client relations, and childcare. St. Dennis also has five years of experience in customer service/banktellering and marketing working as a new accounts specialist. She is currently completing the requirements that will enable her to secure her property and casualty insurance license so she can perform as a home and auto insurance advocate.
On the subject of her new employment, St. Dennis replied: "I'm super excited to take this new path on my professional journey and revamp my knowledge in the insurance field. I hope this experience will fulfill my need to help people within our communities as they build their futures."
Not a stranger to the Chinook community, Conner formerly served as a Community Health Advocate for One Health-Sweet. To her position with State Farm, Conner will bring her knowledge of the medical community as well as her experience in the health insurance field gained while occupied for over six years as a Certified Application Counselor. This includes experience with the Insurance Marketplace, as well as with Medicaid and Medicare. Conner is also State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) certified, a certification she has held for six years, giving her the ability to assist people with their Prescription D coverage.
"I really believe I will enjoy working here at Stepper Insurance," Conner said. "I can continue to help members of the community with their health insurance, as well as other insurance products they may need."
According to Stepper, Conner will serve full time as a Health and Life Insurance Account Manager while she completes the steps to obtain her health and disability insurance license. About Conner, Stepper said: "She will be a huge asset to us as we continue to grow our book in health, life, and disability insurance."
Stepper, who has worked in the insurance industry since 2008, opened her State Farm office in 2017. She became an agent because she was looking for a way to make a difference in her community. Since opening her office, Stepper's State Farm has accumulated a list of "difference-makers" by sponsoring local sports teams, donating to community events, supplying schools around Blaine County with additional educational supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE) during the pandemic, and contributing to local families in need.
"My team and I are looking forward to working with you for all of your home, auto, business, life, and health insurance needs," Stepper said. "Please help me congratulate them on their new roles as State Farm team members!"
