Friends of the Pool & Park

Hello citizens of Chinook! The Friends of the Pool and Park Foundation’s monthly meetings are always open to the public so we wanted to give you a more set schedule. Meetings will be held the 3rd Tuesday of the Month at 6 PM. The following are the meeting dates/locations for the remainder of the year:

Blaine County Library

Hassle Free Christmas Saturday, December 3rd, 2-5. Hangout for grades 7 &8 Mondays at 3:30, Storytime Tuesday at 10:30, Hangout for grades 5 & 6 Tuesday at 3:30, LEGO Club Thursday at 3:30, Early Out Movie Friday at 2:15.

Harlem Library

The Harlem Library will be closed Thanksgiving Day; but we will be open Friday, Nov. 25. The Friends of the Library Holiday Wine & Cheese fundraiser will be Dec. 7, 6-8 P.M. at the library. The library will be closed that day for set up. Tickets are on sale now at the library for adults age 21 an older for $10 in advance or $15 at the door. There will be no children’s programs this week, but they will resume the week of Nov. 28. The Book Challenge for Nov. is to read a book by a debut author. The library is asking for community members to bring in Santa Clauses of all types for display during the month of December.

Milk River Churches

Invites all communities together in welcoming Pastor James & Donna Johnson back to our communities as the new Coordinating Pastor for the Milk River Churches. Saturday, November 26th at 2:00 pm at the Chinook Senior Center. Light refreshments will be served.

Chinook United Methodist

Church Bazaar

The Chinook United Methodist Church is holding their Annual Bazaar on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 11:30 - 1:30 at Wallner Hall. Dinner deliveries will be available. Call 357-2778.
