The 'Beeters picked up win number one to improve to 1-2 while the Wildcats fell to 1-3 on the season.
Chinook Head Coach, Mike Jones had this to say following the 'Beeters big win, "It was nice to get in the win column this week. I was also impressed that we got a lot of young guys involved in all aspects of the game. Last week in Shelby we didn't really get a lot of different kids involved in the offense and this week was a different story. We were also impressed with defense and specials; we won the turnover battle and scored on specials, so we won those aspects too. We are relying on a lot of young kids, and they are stepping up right now and slowly starting to get aspects of our game. I am impressed with how much they are learning and accomplishing right now.
