Chinook Head Coach, Kendall Harwood was pleased with his team’s effort, “The course in Lewistown was a hilly one. Our team has been practicing hill work in preparation for Anaconda hills in the next few weeks. The team had some solid performances. We added RJ Engstrom and Ivey Lenz to the team, and they came out and ran some good races. Neva (Lowe) and Carson (Nissen) are showing great determination in practice. We are excited to run a course in Hays this week, it’s a course we haven’t run before.

The Sugarbeeter, Wildcats and Thunderbirds will all be in Hays this Thursday to compete in the Thunderbird Invitational.
