Wednesday Homeschool Hour 1:00-2:00, Board Games/Drawing 4:00-5:00, and Teen Scene 6:00-7:00 (10/18). Thursday LEGO Club 4:00-5:00. Friday Movie Day 2:00-3:30. Monday 4-8 grade Activity 4:00-5:00, Tuesday Story Time 10:30-11:00, 5-8 grade Hangout 4:00-5:00.
Harlem Library
The Book Challenge for October is to read a cozy mystery. The Friends Executive board will meet at the library Oct. 25, 1 P.M. The library board of trustees will hold their monthly meeting Oct. 25, 4:30 P.M. in the library meeting room. Storytime for children ages 0-5 meets on Tuesdays at 10 A.M. After School Squad for grade school students is held Wednesdays at 4 P.M. Lego Club for all ages meets on Thursdays at 4 P.M. Movies are shown on Film Fridays at 10 A.M.
Bear Paw Cooperative
The Bear Paw Cooperative, through your local school district, assists in the provision of special education and related services to children with disabilities. Through a process called Child Find, your local school district accepts referrals, provides evaluations and special education for children ages 3-21 years if they qualify. Please contact your local school district or the Bear Paw Cooperative at 406-357-2269.
Harlem Food Bank
The Harlem Food Bank is beginning their Annual Drive for Funds. The Town Pump has offered to match up to $2500.00 if we can raise that much. We have always been successful in the past and hope to be again this year. The ending date is October 31, 2023. Thank you to everyone who chooses to participate.
Chinook Senior Center
The Chinook Senior Center Board will host an October birthday party for all seniors whose birthday’s are in October. The party will be the last Friday of October (October 27) at 12 noon. Call the Senior Center at 406-357-2648 by Wednesday October 25 to save a place at the table.
