Tornadoes Top Nashua 61-50 and Fall to Bainville 53-48

The Turner Tornado Boys basketball team was in Glasgow this past Friday and Saturday taking part in the Class C Showcase. The Tornadoes got their season started off on the right foot with a 61-50 win over Nashua. Saturday the Tornadoes fell to Bainville 53-46 to start the season 1-1.

Against Nashua Friday morning Turner got a long ball from junior Caleb Zellmer and seven points from senior Trent Billmayer early on keeping Turner close, trailing 15-14 at the end of the first Quarter.
