We've Got The County Covered
These little ones, Kindergarten and First Grade, played bells at the Christmas concert. They are L-R: Landon Modic, Evelyn Handran, Corbin Mohar, Maya Billmayer, Addie Cornell, and Ellie Fouts. In back is Mrs. Harmon.
Santa came to Turner and listened to all the children's wishes after the school program. He was blessed to have help from the National Honor Society by handing out a goodie bag to all the children. The Honor Society does community services like this and helps out whenever needed. The community was gracious to help out with monetary support with the treats that went into the goodie bags. The Honor Society was pictured with Santa at the close of the program. They are as follows: Back row: Trent Billmayer, JR Brown, and Joseph Trautmann. Middle Row: Tate Beck, Bridget Reed, Hannah Richman, Caleb Zellmer, Modesty Chamberlain, and Landon Hickel. Front Row: Cassidy Grabofsky, Santa, and Carson Maloney. Thanks to all who helps Santa make his voyage to the community. It is something that is looked forward to each year.

Grades K-6th at the Turner School performed a Christmas concert for the 2023 year prior to dismissal before the holiday break. The Kindergarten and First Grade started off the program with playing Silent Night, Jolly Old St Nicholas, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas on the bells. This was directed by Mrs. Shelly Harmon.
Mrs. Diana Maloney's second and third grade class sang Santa Claus is Coming to Town, and wearing grinch eye masks and Santa hats, sang You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch.
Closing out the evening's singing was Mrs. Elissa Zellmer's Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth graders singing Little Drummer Boy, Feliz Navidad, and Rocking Around the Christmas Tree.
Upon closing of the singing, Santa made his presence. He greeted the crowd and then joined the National Honor Society on the stage where he visited the children and listened to all their wishes. The Honor Society handed out treats to the children. Santa agreed that the National Honor Society was a fantastic group and he commented that they would be great elves to take back to the North Pole if he could. Thank you Honor Society and thank you to all those who donated monetary support to help fund the Santa bags. Your help is sincerely appreciated!
