4-H Club Meeting Minutes

North Chinook Boosters

The North Chinook Boosters 4-H club held their December meeting at the triple e room on December 17th. The meeting was called to order by president Ashlyn Hofeldt. Members present Ashlyn and Hadley Hofeldt, Alexis and Beau Elias, Raylee Houtzel, Gracie, Kaylie, Lillie, and Rainie Skoyen, Evan and Julian Powell, Colter and Jana Snedigar, Daniel and Richard Conrad. American pledge was led by Beau,4-H pledge was led by Evan. Roll call was what do you want for Christmas. Secretary and Treasurers report was given. Other reports were the coyote hunt dinner, cloverbuds, 11-13 year old meeting,4-H council meeting. We also had a Christmas gift exchange and lassagna. Unfinished business was winerproject day, club pictures, donation to Paradise pals to help their club get started. New business was Montana Seed Show lunch and record books. Next meeting host is Skoyen girls.Next meeting will be January 21st.

Valley Clovers 4h CLub

The meeting was called to order by President Wylee Simenson at 4:00 PM at the Miller shop. Walter Schoen led the American pledge and Henry Miller led the 4-H pledge. The roll call was what’s your favorite Christmas smell. Hannah Schoen read the minutes from the last meeting; the Treasurers report was also read.

As Old Business we discussed the Christmas party, secret Santa, and the Angel Tree.

Under New Business, a motion was made and passed for the club to pay member enrollment fees.

The next meeting will be held at the Miller shop on February 18, 2024, at 1:00 pm.

After the meeting we had pop floats, pizza, opened Secret Santa gifts, and played fun games.
