Harlem Library

The Book Challenge for May is to read a book about mental health since May is Mental Health Awareness Month. “Adventure Begins at Your Library!” is the summer reading theme.

Kick off your summer with the Summer Reading Costume Party, May 20, from 4-6:30 P.M. Wear your favorite costume and join us for an evening of fun! Children may register for the summer reading program at this event. This is a family friendly event. The library will close at noon May 21 so staff and trustees may attend training. The library will be closed May 27 in observance of Memorial Day. The library board of trustees meeting is May 29, 4:30 P.M.

Blaine County Library

Tuesday Story Time 10:30-11:00. Blaine County Library Board meeting Monday May 20th at 4:30 p.m. Blaine County Library will be closed Monday May 27th in observance of Memorial Day.

Blaine County Museum

Blaine County Museum’s spring exhibit “Briskly Venture, Briskly Roam” about Yellowstone Kelly is now on display through June. The museum is open 10am-6pm Monday through Friday as usual, but please note our Fort Belknap history exhibit is closed and under construction for our new exhibit about Gilbert Horn Sr., to re-open to the public this spring.

Chinook Golf Course

Community Dinner and Auction. Saturday, June 8 at the Commercial Building. Doors open at 5 p.m. Dinner at 6 p.m. Auction at 7 p.m. The Mint Bar is running the Beverage Bar.

Friends of the Pool and Park Foundation Regular Meeting is Tuesday, June 4th at 6 p.m.

CHS All Class Reunion Final Planning Meeting

June 18 at 7:00 p.m. in the Triple E Meeting Room.

Chinook Senior Center

The Chinook Area Senior Center Board is looking for members interested in serving on the Chinook Area Senior Center Board. The following board positions will become available at the end of June 2024 and will be filled by a vote of the members at the Annual Meeting in July 2024.
