Brandi Horn, Chief of Lending Operations

Island Mountain Development Group (IMDG) is pleased to announce Brandi Horn's promotion to Chief of Lending Operations. In 2018, Brandi began her career at IMDG in the training department. She then received a promotion to the Director of Contact Center Operations. In 2023, she became the Vice President of VA Holdings.

Brandi is an enrolled member of the Fort Belknap Assiniboine Tribe. She is a single mother with four children and four grandchildren. Brandi's grandfather, Chief Gilbert Horn, Sr., instilled in her the value of education. She went on to earn a bachelor's degree and a master's degree. Her understanding and experience in the contact center complement her knowledge of the lending industry. Her experience and expertise guide her in making IMDG's 100% tribally owned lending portfolio consistently turn a profit.
