MSU announces Provost Scholars, 2 awardees are local

One of Montana State

University's most prestigious scholarships, the Provost Scholar award, was given to two individuals from New Media's listening area.

Quentin Edwards was named a Provost Scholar, and graduated from Chinook High School and plans to major in biomedical engineering and then attend medical school.

In Lewistown, Alexandra Naber-Rosario graduated as valedictorian from Fergus High School and plans to pursue a degree in biomedical engineering, she also received this prestigious award.

Both students had to compete with all incoming freshman to MSU, which includes students from across the state and across the US.
