Blaine County Museum to Honor Representative Francis Bardanouve

Marking the 30th anniversary of his final year in the Montana House of Representatives, the Blaine County Museum will host an event in Harlem, Montana honoring the late Representative Francis Bardanouve on September 25, 7 P.M. at the Harlem Lutheran Church. This will be this season's "Speakers Series" lead-off event sponsored by the Museum and will feature remembrances of Francis' life, contributions to community and neighbors, as well as his consequential 36 years of service in the Montana House of Representatives.

The proceedings will be emceed by Museum board member, and former Senator Greg Jergeson, Though the event starts at 7 P.M. with an intermission, the doors will open at 6 P.M. for attendees to view the many artifacts and historic memorabilia lovingly tended and preserved by the family of Francis and his wife Venus. The program will conclude with an opportunity for members of the public to offer their tales and remembrances.
