Chinook Beeters Fall to Belt in First Game of the Season

The Chinook Sugarbeeteter suffered a tough loss on Friday night when they took on the Belt Huskies. Sophomore Ryan Bell launched a nice ball to senior Carson Nissen early in the game. With the two-point conversion good, it kept the Beeters in the game, trailing the Huskies 8-14. Unfortunately, the Beeters weren't able to pick up any more points after those first eight and took a lopsided loss, 46-8. The Beeters look to bounce back this weekend as they travel to Cascade to take on the Badgers on Friday night at 7:00 p.m.
